These Terms govern your use of Vibesell (the “Service”), operated by Atlas Invencível, Lda (“Vibesell”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 518707369), with registered office at Rua do Convento 137. By installing the extension, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Vibesell is
Vibesell is a browser extension and web service that generates draft reply suggestions for Reddit posts and comments, personalized with the business details you provide. It also helps you discover relevant conversations. Vibesell is an assistant: it never posts on your behalf, never logs into your Reddit account, and never adds links for you. You decide what to copy, edit, and post.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You sign in with a one-time code (“magic link”) sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping access to that email and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and to follow each subreddit's rules and Reddit's content policies. You must not use Vibesell to post spam, deceptive, repetitive, or undisclosed promotional content, to harass others, to impersonate, or to violate any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to post. Because you write and publish posts yourself, you — not Vibesell — are the author and publisher of that content.
You must not misuse the Service: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no automated scraping of the Service, no attempts to bypass usage limits, security, or authentication, and no reselling of the Service without our written consent.
4. Reddit
Vibesell is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit. “Reddit” is a trademark of its owner. Your use of Reddit is governed by Reddit's own terms; you are responsible for complying with them.
5. Plans, billing & renewals
Vibesell offers a Free plan (5 drafts per day, plus the features listed on our pricing page) and a Pro plan at $19/month, which adds a fair-use allowance of 50 drafts per day, background auto-discovery with alerts, voice match, and direct mode. Fair-use limits exist to keep the Service sustainable and may be adjusted with notice; we will not reduce them in a way that materially harms normal use without informing you.
Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. It renews automatically each period until cancelled. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account page via the “Manage billing” portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period, after which your account returns to Free.
7. Refunds
If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of a payment, from your sign-in address, and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked. We will process the refund and cancel the subscription so you are not billed again. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the current period. This refund policy is in addition to any mandatory withdrawal rights you may have under applicable EU consumer law.
8. Your content & our intellectual property
You retain all rights to the business details you enter and to any text you ultimately post. You grant us a limited licence to process that information solely to provide the Service. Draft suggestions generated for you are yours to use. The Service itself — software, design, and brand — remains our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third parties (including AI providers and Reddit's public data) that may change or become unavailable. We may add, modify, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Draft suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before posting. We do not warrant any particular marketing result, engagement, or outcome, and we are not responsible for actions taken against your Reddit account by Reddit or any subreddit.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibesell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. The courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that entitle you to bring proceedings in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
